Role:

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will:

• Lead the design and delivery of medium to large-scale Salesforce architecture solutions.
• Drive Data Cloud setup including data streams, calculated insights, and platform configuration.
• Design hybrid API integration approaches across Salesforce and external backend systems.
• Build custom Apex APIs to expose Data Cloud calculated insights and platform data.
• Document Salesforce out-of-the-box APIs (sObjects, Data Cloud APIs) for backend consumption.
• Own technical engagement outcomes across integration, identity, and data domains.
• Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Develop and maintain Solution Design Documents and architecture artefacts.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership across project teams.
• Drive governance, standards, and best practices across engagements.

You will have:

• Strong Salesforce Technical Architecture experience across enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud including data streams and calculated insights.
• Strong integration experience including APIs, Apex integrations, and hybrid architecture approaches.
• Experience documenting APIs and technical solutions for engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of integrations, identity, data architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Experience working in consulting or enterprise transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring technical consultants and developers.
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar enterprise platforms.
