We are currently looking for an experienced Process Consultant / Senior Consultant to join Tranzformd on a 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract, supporting a major Operating Model transformation within one of our higher education clients.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a Big 4 consulting environment who thrives in complex transformation settings and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders while driving process redesign initiatives across enterprise-wide functions.

By joining Tranzformd, you will work alongside leading organisations on large-scale transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This may include but is not limited to:

What You'll Do
* Lead and facilitate process discovery and redesign workshops across academic and professional service functions.
* Map and analyse current state and future state business processes across multiple streams and stakeholder groups.
* Identify opportunities for process optimisation, standardisation, automation, and improved service delivery.
* Support enterprise-wide Operating Model design activities and ensure process alignment to future ways of working.
* Work closely with business leaders, SMEs, and transformation teams to drive process improvement outcomes.
* Develop process documentation, journey maps, operating procedures, and process frameworks using tools such as Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
* Contribute to the creation and uplift of enterprise process repositories and governance frameworks.
* Support change and implementation activities by ensuring redesigned processes are embedded effectively across the organisation.

About You
* Previous experience working within a Big 4 or leading consulting environment at Senior Consultant or Manager level.
* Strong experience delivering process redesign and business transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
* Demonstrated capability facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
* Strong understanding of business process modelling methodologies such as BPMN and end-to-end process mapping practices.
* Hands-on experience using collaboration and process design tools such as Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, or similar platforms.
* Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical operational and process improvements.
* Experience supporting large-scale Operating Model, organisational design, or transformation programs is highly regarded.
* Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or service design methodologies is advantageous.
