An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program within a high-performing Business Delivery team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling data-driven, evidence-based decision making across a complex technology and business transformation environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across business, technology, and delivery functions to ensure key transformation decisions are supported by trusted data, transparent analysis, and actionable insights.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and can confidently communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and analyse data flows across complex multi-system business and technology environments
- Perform data profiling, reconciliation, quality analysis, and issue identification
- Translate data defects and inconsistencies into actionable remediation recommendations
- Define and document data sourcing logic, controls, assumptions, and governance processes
- Design and deliver analytical frameworks, reporting artefacts, and decision-support insights
- Produce clear, defensible reporting for executive stakeholders, governance forums, and regulatory audiences
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Program Managers, Engineers, and SMEs
- Identify risks early and provide trusted insights to support transformation outcomes
- Support end-to-end analysis of business processes and enterprise data flows
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering data analysis within large-scale transformation, regulatory, or technology uplift programs
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write clean, modular, and performance-optimised queries
- Hands-on experience with Python, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with source-to-target mapping, data reconciliation, and data profiling
- Strong understanding of data quality dimensions including completeness, accuracy, consistency, integrity, reliability, and timeliness
- Exposure to Informatica or similar ETL/data integration tools is advantageous
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for executive and non-technical audiences
- Strong relationship-building capability and ability to navigate ambiguity within enterprise environments
- Experience producing high-quality analytical documentation including data dictionaries, test cases, reconciliation logic, and operating procedures
- Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket and collaborative development practices including pull requests and code reviews
- Comfortable working within Agile delivery environments alongside cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset

- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
