Business Analyst - Talent Acquisition Transformation

Contract Role | Sydney | Hybrid

We are partnering with a leading organisation on a key Talent Acquisition transformation initiative and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the transition from an existing background screening vendor to a new strategic partner.

This is a business-critical project sitting across Talent Acquisition, HR, Risk and Technology, requiring a strong BA who can confidently engage stakeholders, map processes and help drive a smooth vendor transition within a complex enterprise environment.

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements

  • Run workshops with Talent Acquisition, HR, Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders

  • Map current and future state recruitment and screening processes

  • Support vendor transition and implementation activities

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are translated effectively

  • Assist with testing, process validation and change impacts

  • Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments

  • Experience across HR, Talent Acquisition or People-related projects

  • Exposure to vendor transitions, implementations or system integrations

  • Background in Insurance or Financial Services highly regarded

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments

  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence preferred

  • Experience with background screening/checking platforms

  • Exposure to recruitment systems or HR technology

  • Previous experience working within large enterprise or regulated environments
