We are partnering with a leading organisation on a key Talent Acquisition transformation initiative and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the transition from an existing background screening vendor to a new strategic partner.
This is a business-critical project sitting across Talent Acquisition, HR, Risk and Technology, requiring a strong BA who can confidently engage stakeholders, map processes and help drive a smooth vendor transition within a complex enterprise environment.
Gather, analyse and document business requirements
Run workshops with Talent Acquisition, HR, Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders
Map current and future state recruitment and screening processes
Support vendor transition and implementation activities
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are translated effectively
Assist with testing, process validation and change impacts
Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments
Experience across HR, Talent Acquisition or People-related projects
Exposure to vendor transitions, implementations or system integrations
Background in Insurance or Financial Services highly regarded
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence preferred
Experience with background screening/checking platforms
Exposure to recruitment systems or HR technology
Previous experience working within large enterprise or regulated environments
