Talenza are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS start-up delivering a cutting-edge booking platform. With a strong client-first mentality and a focus on innovation, they are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex integration programs across a dynamic ecosystem.

The Role
This is a key delivery leadership position responsible for driving end-to-end integration initiatives between vendor, client, and internal product teams. You'll ensure seamless delivery of a cloud-based booking system in a fast-paced, start-up environment where structure and agility must coexist.
A strong foundation in project management fundamentals is critical - particularly within software delivery. You'll be expected to define and control scope, navigate complexity, and escalate risks and blockers early to keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex SaaS integration programs across multiple stakeholders
• Act as the key interface between clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Own and manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure clear scope definition and effective change control
• Proactively identify issues and escalate where required
• Apply strong delivery governance and project discipline
• Drive a client-first approach to outcomes and solutions
• Coordinate releases, deployments, and integration testing
• Maintain momentum in a high-growth, fast-moving environment

About You

• Experienced Senior Delivery Manager / Program Manager in SaaS or product environments
• Strong grounding in project management fundamentals (scope, governance, risk, escalation)
• Proven experience delivering integration-heavy programs (APIs, vendors, platforms)
• Background working in start-up or scale-up environments
• Comfortable balancing structure, pace, and ambiguity
• Confident managing scope, pushing back, and escalating effectively
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with a customer-first mindset
• Solid understanding of cloud-based software delivery
