Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst - Core Banking & Data Migration

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation undergoing a major transformation program focused on core banking, transaction systems, and large-scale data migration initiatives.

We are seeking both Mid-Level and Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing delivery team working across operational banking products, transaction systems, debit cards, and enterprise platform uplift within a complex banking environment.

12M day rate contracts with likely extension

• Support and lead business analysis activities across data migration and transformation streams
• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Analyse operational and transactional data supporting critical banking functionality
• Conduct process mapping and data flow analysis
• Support system uplift, scaling, and legacy system decommissioning initiatives
• Partner with business units including Fraud & Scams, Treasury, Operations, and Credit Risk
• Support continuity and orchestration of card payments and transaction flows throughout migration activities
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and successful delivery outcomes

• Proven experience working on data migration and transformation programs
• Experience with operational or transactional data environments
• Knowledge of core banking systems, transaction products, and deposit products
• Experience with card transaction systems, flows, and debit card functionality preferred
• Strong process and data flow mapping capability
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams

• Experience across system uplift, scaling, and decommissioning programs
