Description
Our Government client are looking for a highly capable Communications Officer to join the organisation. This role is centred around Publications support, migrating content to a new template and ensuring this is reflected on the organisations website. This is a short-term contract opportunity, assigned to 200-300 different documents and publications to migrate.
Role Title: Communications Officer
Contract Role: 1st of June is Ideal, with a 4 week initial contract, with further extension a possibility.
Hourly Pay: $75 - $82 + Super
Location: 2 days per week in Office, Sydney CBD (2000)) and the rest WFH.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Review existing publications and migrate content into a new approved template
- Check, update and correct hyperlinks within publications
- Track and document changes made during the update process
- Upload completed and approved publications to the agency's website
- Provide general administrative support related to publications as needed
Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience in communications or publications work is an advantage
- Familiarity with website editing or content management systems is desirable
