Project Description:
You will support a major gaming and entertainment organisation undergoing a large-scale Salesforce transformation, helping uplift release management, CI/CD maturity, and deployment reliability across enterprise Salesforce environments.
The project focuses on improving delivery efficiency, strengthening release governance, and implementing scalable DevOps practices to support multiple environments, complex deployments, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Role
- Lead design and implementation of Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage release automation, deployment standards, and DevOps tooling.
- Develop best-practice CI/CD frameworks across multiple environments.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and metadata dependencies.
- Support Git branching, release governance, and environment strategy.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to improve delivery efficiency.
- Ensure documentation, testing, and reusable deployment patterns.
- Drive continuous improvement across release and deployment processes.
You will have
- 3-5+ years in Salesforce DevOps or release engineering roles.
- Strong experience with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Copado or similar.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Metadata API and Tooling API.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across metadata deployments.
- Experience with Apex, JavaScript, and Salesforce scripting.
- Experience deploying OmniStudio/Vlocity components highly regarded.
