We are seeking a Change Analyst to support business transformation initiatives by coordinating change management, stakeholder communication, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for an S/4HANA project. You will work closely with the business and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate business change activities, including communication plans, stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, training plans, and business readiness assessments.
• Support the development and execution of change responses, training, and readiness activities for new processes, systems, and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop change management documentation, materials, and presentations to enable and sustain change.
• Manage transformational change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and benefits realisation, within complex project environments.
• Plan, prepare, execute, and report on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Key Requirements:

• Similar experience as a Change Analyst supporting ICT or technology-related projects.
• Experience in change planning, analysis, and management of multiple deliverables in a project environment.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate change management strategies, tools, and artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across teams to support business change.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise and consult with senior management and diverse stakeholders on complex issues.
• Practical experience or training in contemporary change management methodologies and project environments.
• Experience working within Government is a bonus.
