We are currently looking for a Talent Manager to join the Tranzformd team, supporting talent acquisition and workforce coordination activities across PMO, transformation and delivery-related roles.

By joining Tranzformd, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across our PMO and transformation delivery capability.
The primary focus of this role is talent acquisition and candidate management across PMO-related roles, while also supporting hiring quality assurance, workforce coordination and onboarding administration activities across the business.
- Manage talent acquisition activities across PMO, transformation and delivery-related roles
- Source, screen and coordinate candidates across active client and internal hiring requirements
- Conduct candidate quality assurance checks to ensure alignment to client requirements, role expectations and internal hiring standards
- Support sourcing teams with candidate review, feedback and hiring coordination activities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to upcoming project demand and workforce requirements
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration activities for employees and contractors
- Maintain recruitment systems, candidate records and workforce data
- Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to support resource planning and hiring outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement across recruitment and people operations processes
About You
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or workforce coordination
- Professional Services or Consulting Industry Background Highly Desirable
- Strong sourcing and candidate management capability
- Experience recruiting across PMO, project delivery, transformation or consulting-related roles highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate suitability against role requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented mindset
