We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tranzformd team, with a primary focus on sourcing and identifying high-quality talent across technical, transformation and PMO-related roles.

By joining Tranzformd, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment delivery across a range of consulting and project delivery engagements.
This role is heavily focused on candidate sourcing, talent identification and recruitment coordination, while also supporting broader people operations and onboarding administration activities across the business.
- Proactively source candidates across technical, transformation, delivery and PMO-related roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across key capability areas
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls
- Support recruitment activities across multiple client engagements and internal hiring requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment systems
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration activities
- Support systems updates, compliance administration and general people operations tasks
- Work closely with leadership, hiring managers and consultants across the business
- Help deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
About You
- Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment coordination or talent acquisition preferred
- Strong capability using LinkedIn, job boards and sourcing platforms to identify talent
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Interest in recruitment, consulting or people operations environments
- Experience supporting technical, transformation or project delivery recruitment highly regarded
