We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for a client in Government to lead the delivery of a legacy CRM replacement initiative. In this role, you will lead a large team on 2 major streams including data migration and system integration, managing multiple vendors as well as an offshore development team to ensure that technical delivery aligns with enterprise standards, security, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of technical streams, including Integration and Data Migration.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across architecture, development, infrastructure teams, and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Oversee system integration, environment management, and technical milestones.
• Ensure compliance with government security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations.
• Provide regular reporting to governance bodies and senior stakeholders.
• Drive technical issue resolution and oversee decision-making.
• Support the transition to operations and service handover.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale CRM implementations.
• Experience delivering agile projects in the Government sector.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and integration of enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing multi-vendor projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Project management certification and experience using PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar frameworks.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
