Role: Senior BI Technical Project Manager
Day Rate: $950 - $1100 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract to 18 Dec 26 (high chance of extension)
Location: Macquarie Park/WFH Flex (3 days onsite mandatory)

We're partnering with a large enterprise organisation delivering a major uplift across workforce analytics, enterprise reporting, and financial planning capabilities.

This is a high-impact contract opportunity for a Senior Technical Project Manager with deep BI/Data delivery experience to lead multiple complex workstreams spanning data engineering, reporting, enterprise applications, and executive stakeholder engagement.

We're specifically seeking candidates with strong BI/Data program delivery backgrounds. This is not a generic infrastructure or software PM role.

Key Responsibilities

You'll lead the delivery of enterprise-scale BI and analytics initiatives focused on:

• Workforce analytics and executive dashboarding using Power BI
• Data integration across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Planning platforms
• Enterprise Data Warehouse initiatives leveraging Snowflake
• Automation of reporting and financial processes
• Multiple interdependent workstreams across business and technology teams

This role requires someone who can comfortably operate across both technical and business domains while driving structured delivery in a governance-heavy environment.

About You

• 10+ years Project Management experience
• Proven delivery of BI, Data, or Analytics programs
• Strong understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data modelling
• Power BI project delivery experience
• Experience managing complex multi-system integrations
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and governance capability
• PRINCE2 or structured waterfall delivery experience
• Exposure to HR, Payroll, Finance, or Planning systems

Highly Desirable

• Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms
• Data Vault and Star Schema modelling exposure
• Experience within large enterprise environments
• Exposure to platforms such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, or similar finance/planning systems
