Senior Frontend Engineer - Agentic AI Transformation

This newly created role offers the opportunity to work on a greenfields AI transformation initiative focused on building intelligent agentic workflows and AI-enabled digital experiences, working alongside high-performing squads to rapidly prototype and deliver scalable frontend solutions.

Contract Length: 6 months initial with a view to extend
Day Rate: $1,000/day - $1,200 incl super

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable frontend applications focused on AI-enabled and agentic workflow experiences
• Build modern ReactJS/NextJS solutions integrated with backend orchestration layers and AI services
• Drive rapid experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and transformation initiatives focused on straight-through processing and workflow automation
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, architects, and transformation teams to deliver practical AI-driven outcomes
• Champion frontend engineering best practices, performance, scalability, and modern delivery standards
• Contribute to engineering decisions across frontend architecture, integrations, and delivery practices

Skills & Experience Required:

• 7+ years software engineering experience
• Strong expertise across TypeScript/JavaScript, ReactJS OR NextJS, state management, and modern frontend engineering practices
• Experience building complex frontend applications integrated with APIs, orchestration services, or workflow platforms
• Practical experience working with AI-enabled systems, LLM tooling, or Agentic AI workflows
• Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices within transformation or experimentation-led environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to work within fast-moving delivery teams
