We are partnering with a high-growth digital consultancy-backed by a well-established international organisation-that is scaling its delivery leadership spine. This is a pivotal opportunity for a Digital Consulting Delivery Leader to step into a role where you'll influence strategy, shape delivery standards, and drive real client impact across a diverse portfolio.

This isn't just about keeping programs on track-it's about elevating consulting capability, embedding best practice, and helping the business mature into its next phase of growth.

As a senior leader within the consulting practice, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery excellence, operating across multiple complex engagements while influencing both internal capability and client outcomes.

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and commercial performance-bringing structure to ambiguity, and ensuring that transformation programs deliver real, measurable value.

Technical & Domain Leadership

• Drive delivery across Digital Strategy, Innovation, and Transformation programs
• Translate high-level strategy into scalable, executable outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how to realise business value through transformation

Commercial & Consulting Excellence

• Own key delivery metrics across:
  • Utilisation and team performance
  • Delivery health and quality assurance
  • Client satisfaction and engagement success
  • Margin accountability across programs
• Balance commercial outcomes with exceptional client value delivery
• Play a key role in uplifting consulting capability and practice maturity

Senior Delivery Leadership

• Lead large, complex transformation programs across multiple concurrent engagements
• Proactively manage delivery risk and dependencies
• Step into challenged engagements and reset/turn around underperforming programs
• Create clarity, structure and momentum in high-pressure environments

Practice & Offering Development

• Refine and evolve consulting propositions and service offerings
• Establish and embed best practice delivery frameworks and governance
• Contribute to the broader growth and scalability of the consulting function

Client Growth & Impact

• Deepen and expand key client relationships
• Identify opportunities for account growth and increased engagement footprint
• Build long-term, trusted partnerships at senior stakeholder level

• Proven experience operating at Senior Manager / Director / Partner level within a consulting environment
• Strong track record delivering digital and transformation programs at scale
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercially accountable delivery portfolios
• Experience growing teams, uplifting capability, and maturing consulting practices
• A natural leader who can operate strategically while remaining close to delivery detail
