Senior Business Analyst

The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Property Business Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting strategic initiatives across the property lifecycle - from development through to property operations.

This is a hands-on role combining business analysis, continuous improvement, and delivery ownership across BAU and project initiatives. You'll partner with Property, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to improve processes, optimise systems, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across property and operational initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable outcomes
• Analyse current-state processes and design future-state improvements
• Drive process optimisation and support system enhancements and implementation activities
• Manage small-to-medium initiatives through planning, delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Support testing, rollout, change adoption, and benefits realisation
• Act as the key link between business and technology teams
• Improve reporting, data quality, and operational effectiveness

About You

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within property, construction, asset management, or similar environments
• Strong understanding of the property lifecycle (development through to operations)
• Proven experience delivering process improvement and system transformation initiatives
• Comfortable working across BAU and project delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Delivery-focused with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset

Highly Desirable

• Experience with property platforms such as JDE, Yardi, Procore or similar
• Exposure to Australian property or asset management environments
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or Power BI
