Join a leading organisation in their transformation journey within the construction and development sector!

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Change Manager to lead a critical digital transformation across their operations in Australia. This contract role (initial 6 months, rolling) offers an excellent opportunity to influence how the company adopts and leverages Procore, a prominent project management platform.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating a smooth transition from legacy systems to a modern, digital-first operating model, working closely with project leaders, site teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager in enterprise system implementations (e.g., Procore, Aconex, SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong background in construction, infrastructure, or property development environments
  • Expertise in structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels
  • Effective communication and training delivery skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced projects

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)
  • Prior experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms
  • Knowledge of the Australian construction or property sectors
  • Exposure to digital transformation and operating model redesigns

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Construction Management, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in large-scale change initiatives within construction or property sectors
  • Experience delivering training and change interventions at scale

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to engage across multiple locations in Australia
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solutions-focused mindset
  • Resilience and adaptability in evolving environments
