Are you ready to lead transformative change in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Change Manager to support a Microsoft Dynamics CRM rollout.
This pivotal role involves developing and executing a comprehensive change program that spans communications, training, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, testing, and rollout. The Change Manager will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition, drive user adoption, and embed lasting change.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience managing change for CRM implementations or similar enterprise platforms (ERP, WFM, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end change programs, including strategy, communications, training, stakeholder management, and adoption activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills with the capacity to coach leaders and sponsors
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
- Solid senior business analyst skills: process mapping, requirements elicitation, and business process design
- Experience operating in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM deployments or upgrades
- Formal change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
- Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, BCS) or methodologies
- Exposure to sectors such as property, hospitality, residential, or retirement communities
- Experience collaborating with system integrators and vendor delivery teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Change Management, or related fields
- Prior experience leading change initiatives in enterprise-level technology projects, ideally with CRM solutions
