You will join a leading global insurance organisation undergoing ongoing Salesforce transformation and platform modernisation. Working within a mature Salesforce environment spanning Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce, you'll play a key role in driving technical delivery, platform innovation, and engineering excellence.

Role
As a Lead Engineer - Salesforce, you will:
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and implementation plans.
- Remain hands-on with development across Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Evaluate and adopt new Salesforce capabilities including Data Cloud and Agentforce.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to drive platform consistency and long-term strategy.
- Support integration design and implementation across enterprise systems.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
You Will Have
- Strong Salesforce development experience across complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integrations.
- Experience balancing solution design responsibilities with hands-on development.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.
- Strong Experience Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and modern DevOps practices.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Architect pathway certifications.
- Consulting or multi-project delivery experience highly regarded.
- Financial Services or Insurance industry experience beneficial.
