Role: Change Analyst
Day Rate: $785 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract until 18 Dec 26 (likely extension)
Location: Macqaurie Park/WFH Flex (3 days on site mandatory)

We're currently seeking 2 x Change Analysts to join a large enterprise transformation program delivering a major Salesforce-based initiative within a complex environment.

This program is entering a critical delivery phase, with multiple projects targeted for go-live in November. Working alongside experienced Change Managers and reporting into the Change Lead, you'll play a key role supporting change planning, impact assessments, readiness activities and stakeholder engagement across the program.

This opportunity would suit a strong Change Analyst or junior Change Manager looking to further develop their experience within a large-scale transformation environment.

The Role

  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments across assigned projects
  • Partner with SMEs, Business Analysts and stakeholders to support planning activities
  • Contribute to readiness planning, communications and engagement activities
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Support the development of learning and training materials including storyboards, scripts and QRGs
  • Assist with testing, QA and review of change deliverables prior to release
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Work collaboratively across the wider change and project delivery teams

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in Change Management or Change Analysis roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments and supporting readiness activities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Salesforce program experience highly regarded
  • Higher Education sector experience advantageous
  • Prosci or similar change certification preferred
