Senior Business Analyst - Customer Migration
12 Month Contract
$950 + Super

Join one of Australia's largest transformation initiatives, supporting a major customer and product migration program. These roles sit at the intersection of customer migration, data quality, and business transformation-ensuring customer profiles, product arrangements and servicing capabilities transition accurately and seamlessly.

You'll play a key role across the end-to-end customer journey, with a strong focus on data quality, reconciliation and migration outcomes.

• Supporting delivery across customer migration activities with data quality as the priority
• Contributing to the creation and migration of customer profiles and product arrangements
• Working across product origination and customer servicing processes
• Driving data validation, reconciliation and issue resolution activities throughout migration cycles
• Partnering with business and technology teams to ensure migration readiness and customer impacts are managed

• Strong experience in Customer Migration programs
• Exposure to Customer & Servicing domains
• Experience across Product Origination
• Demonstrated Data Migration experience
• Strong capability in Data Quality and/or Reconciliation
• Ability to identify issues, investigate root cause and work through remediation activities
• Candidates with experience across both customer migration and data migration will be highly regarded
