Description

Join a high-performing engineering team building and scaling cloud-native platforms that support millions of dollars in critical business operations. This is an opportunity for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, improving developer experience, and driving automation across modern cloud environments.

You'll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure while partnering closely with software engineering teams. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to influence platform strategy, improve reliability, and automate everything possible.

You'll work across:

  • Cloud infrastructure and platform engineering
  • CI/CD and developer tooling
  • Observability, monitoring, and incident response
  • Infrastructure as Code and automation
  • Security and reliability initiatives
  • Production support and continuous improvement

  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
  • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Improve monitoring, observability, and incident management capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable cloud-native solutions.
  • Respond to production incidents and drive root cause analysis.
  • Champion automation, platform reliability, and security best practices.
  • Continuously improve the developer experience across the engineering function.

You'll likely bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in Site Reliability, Platform, DevOps, Systems, or Software Engineering.
  • Strong cloud experience, ideally AWS, with exposure to Azure or GCP also valued.
  • Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience, particularly Terraform.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong scripting or programming skills across languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Solid Linux and/or Windows systems knowledge.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and production incident management.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for improving engineering practices.

  • Hybrid working environment.
  • Opportunity to work on modern cloud technologies and large-scale platforms.
  • Collaborative engineering culture where your ideas will have real impact.
  • Strong focus on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Career growth within a fast-paced, technology-driven organisation.
  • Great team culture with regular social events and professional development opportunities.

If you're an SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineer who enjoys building resilient systems, automating infrastructure, and working closely with development teams to solve real-world engineering challenges, I'd love to chat.
