The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Services Coordinator to join our growing team and help support the internal functions that enable successful client delivery.
This is an internal role within Tranzformd, providing exposure across workforce coordination, recruitment support, finance administration, business operations and consultant engagement activities.
While not a client-facing consulting role, you'll play an important part in supporting the foundations that underpin our delivery capability. From coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities to supporting workforce administration, business reporting and operational processes, your work will help ensure our consultants and delivery teams have the support, information and coordination they need to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for customers.
Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll gain first-hand experience in how a high-growth consulting firm operates, scales and supports successful project delivery.

What You'll Do
As our Business Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the people, processes and systems that underpin our consulting business and delivery capability.
Working across operations, workforce management, recruitment and finance support, you'll help ensure the business has the structure, information and coordination needed to operate effectively and support successful client outcomes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting recruitment activities including candidate communications, interview coordination and onboarding
- Assisting with consultant onboarding, offboarding, compliance and workforce administration
- Supporting consultant engagement and workforce experience initiatives
- Maintaining workforce, recruitment and operational systems and records
- Assisting with reporting across recruitment, utilisation, workforce and business performance metrics
- Supporting finance administration activities including invoicing, purchase orders and operational reporting
- Coordinating contracts, consultant administration and compliance activities
- Supporting internal governance forums, meetings and business initiatives
- Assisting with resource coordination and workforce planning activities
- Contributing to process improvement and business optimisation initiatives
- Providing operational and business support across a range of business priorities
