Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking several Business Development Specialists to focus exclusively on acquiring high-net-worth wholesale clients. Qualified leads are provided-no cold calling required.
This firm is a well-established, privately held global investment manager with billions in assets under management, offering a client-first approach and differentiated investment solutions.
This is a highly lucrative role where you will manage your own territory within a local driving distance. You will present tailored wealth management solutions to high-net-worth investors with AUD 750k or more to invest.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll have access to robust internal resources and global support teams across marketing, portfolio management, and operations-allowing you to focus purely on converting opportunities and growing your client base.
Realistic On Target Earnings:
Year 1 - $300k
Year 2 - $350-500k
- Engage with qualified leads generated by the firm's marketing function
- Build relationships with high-net-worth wholesale investors and assess their financial goals
- Present and educate prospective clients on the firm's investment strategies and solutions
- Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients
- Maintain a high level of activity across phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
- 5+ years of experience in financial services sales, specifically with wholesale/private clients
- Demonstrated success in acquiring high-net-worth investors
- Strong track record in both phone-based outreach and face-to-face client engagement
- Clean regulatory record with ASIC and APRA
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable operating in a high-performance environment
