Description

EUC Device Management Specialist

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Up to $163,000 + 16.5% Super

I'm partnering with a major Australian organisation that's investing heavily in its End User Computing environment and is looking for an experienced EUC Device Management Specialist to join the team.

This is a senior hands-on role where you'll own and evolve the endpoint ecosystem, shaping the Windows Standard Operating Environment (SOE), driving modern device management initiatives, and ensuring thousands of end users have a secure, seamless technology experience.

If you're passionate about Windows 11, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and endpoint automation, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

You'll take ownership of the organisation's endpoint strategy and technology catalogue, designing, building and maintaining the Windows SOE across a large enterprise environment. You'll manage software packaging and deployment, oversee operating system and application patching, and drive the adoption of modern endpoint management practices.

Working closely with security, infrastructure and applications teams, you'll ensure devices remain secure, compliant and up to date while minimising disruption to end users. You'll also provide technical leadership to the broader EUC function, mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the environment.

We're looking for someone who has strong enterprise experience across endpoint management and modern workplace technologies, including:

  • Strong Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager experience
  • Experience building and maintaining Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments (SOE)
  • Windows software packaging and application deployment
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience
  • SCCM/MECM administration
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Microsoft 365 endpoint management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Microsoft Modern Workplace certifications and experience with Apple and Android device management would be highly regarded.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established organisation undertaking significant technology transformation and modernisation initiatives. You'll have the chance to influence the future of endpoint management while working with a collaborative and supportive technology team.

Package:

  • 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
  • Up to $163,000 package + 16.5% superannuation
  • Large enterprise environment
  • Significant Windows 11 and Modern Workplace initiatives
  • Opportunity to shape enterprise endpoint strategy

If you're an experienced EUC specialist looking for your next challenge in a modern Microsoft environment, I'd love to have a confidential chat.
