About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Lead to join an incredible team and drive large-scale ERP and HRIS transformation projects within the healthcare sector. This pivotal role involves developing and delivering innovative training strategies that empower employees to adopt new systems and processes seamlessly. The Training Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions and sustained operational excellence across diverse healthcare sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to large-scale ERP and HRIS projects.
  • Develop engaging training content, including role-based curricula and digital adoption resources.
  • Lead and manage a team of trainers and instructional designers to deliver effective training programs.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and craft targeted solutions.
  • Utilise digital adoption tools to support effective learning.
  • Facilitate training sessions in virtual, face-to-face, and online formats.
  • Collaborate with change management teams to promote user adoption and system acceptance.
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously refine approaches to optimize outcomes.
  • Support training rollout and adoption across multi healthcare sites, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Training Lead within ERP and HRIS projects, especially in complex system implementations.
  • Strong instructional design and delivery skills, with proficiency in digital adoption platforms.
  • Leadership capability to manage training teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyse training needs and develop strategic training solutions.
  • Experience with AI-enabled content creation and digital training tools is highly desirable.
  • Prior Healthcare sector experience or familiarity with regulated environments is advantageous.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Qualifications in learning and development, education, change management, or related areas are preferred but not essential.
  • Extensive experience supporting large-scale organisational transformations with a focus on training and user adoption.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
