I'm currently working with a Sydney-based consulting business that has secured a major Azure transformation program and is looking to bring on 6 Azure Cloud Engineers to join the project team.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on the design, deployment and optimisation of Azure infrastructure and platform services across a large-scale enterprise environment. You'll be joining an established delivery team working on cloud modernisation, application hosting, networking and integration initiatives.
The environment is heavily Microsoft Azure focused and we're looking for engineers who have strong experience across Azure PaaS, networking and infrastructure services.
You'll be involved across a range of Azure services including:
- Azure App Services
- Azure Function Apps
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Storage Accounts
- Azure Application Gateway
- Azure Front Door
- Azure Synapse
- Azure IaaS (VMs, networking and infrastructure services)
- ExpressRoute
- Azure networking, security and connectivity
We're keen to speak with engineers who can demonstrate experience across:
- Designing and deploying Azure cloud solutions
- Azure networking and connectivity services
- Application hosting and modernisation
- Serverless and event-driven architectures
- Infrastructure-as-Code and automation
- Enterprise-scale Azure environments
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Previous consulting or project delivery experience highly regarded
- 6 month initial contract
- Up to $1,100 per day
- Multiple positions available (6 hires)
