Role: Senior Business Analyst - Finance Projects
Day Rate: $800 - $900 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract until 18 Dec 26 (high chance of extension)
Location: Macquarie Park/WFH Flex (mandatory 3 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major finance transition and cutover initiative within a broader transformation portfolio.

Working closely with business, finance and technology stakeholders, you'll play a key role in driving discovery, requirements definition and process improvement activities to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering and business analysis activities across finance-related projects
• Analyse current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Develop high-quality business requirements, process maps, user stories and recommendations
• Facilitate workshops with business, technical and vendor stakeholders
• Support testing, validation and implementation activities where required

About You

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst across ICT and business transformation programs
• Strong experience leading workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle
• Excellent documentation, communication and analytical skills
• Previous experience delivering finance-related projects highly desirable
• Available to commence immediately or at short notice
