Role: ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert
Day Rate: $1000 - $1100 incl. Super
Contract Length: 6-months (high chance of extension)

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert to lead the implementation and optimisation of ServiceNow's IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities within a large enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on configuring, implementing and embedding ServiceNow asset and configuration management practices. The discovery and business analysis activities have already been completed, allowing you to focus on solution delivery and stakeholder engagement.

The Role

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM modules
• Configure and optimise HAM, SAM and Discovery capabilities
• Establish and enhance software asset management and configuration management processes
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities
• Work closely with project, digital and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Support solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities
• Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate decision-making throughout the implementation lifecycle

About You

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow SME, Architect or Senior Consultant
• Proven delivery experience implementing ITAM and ITOM modules
• Strong knowledge of HAM, SAM and Discovery
• Deep understanding of software asset management, CMDB and configuration management practices
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while partnering with senior business and technology leaders
• Current NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
