Role: Test Manager - Salesforce
Day Rate: $1000 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract until 18 Dec (likely extension)
Location: Macquarie Park (3 days on site)

We're looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across a large-scale CRM implementation. You'll own the testing strategy, manage delivery across multiple workstreams, and lead a team to ensure successful project outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and own the overall test strategy, approach and delivery plan across multiple project streams.
• Lead and mentor a team of Test Analysts throughout planning, execution and reporting.
• Manage all testing phases including SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Ensure test environments, data and acceptance criteria are in place prior to execution.
• Monitor defects, quality metrics and testing progress, providing clear go/no-go recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate testing risks while keeping stakeholders informed throughout delivery.
• Coordinate testing activities across vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation opportunities where appropriate.

About You

• 5+ years' experience as a Test Manager delivering complex enterprise programs.
• Proven experience leading testing for Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Strong experience developing enterprise test strategies and delivery plans.
• Experience managing integrated testing across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
• Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring and managing testing teams.
• Ability to analyse quality metrics and confidently make release recommendations.
• Experience working within large transformation or digital delivery programs.
