AI Delivery Lead

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an AI Delivery Lead who will play a central role in turning AI opportunities into real business outcomes.

Identify and shape AI use cases, coordinate delivery across business and technology teams, and drive adoption of AI solutions across the organisation.

You'll act as the bridge between business leaders, data teams, vendors, 3rd party partners, and an the AI Centre of Excellence to ensure AI initiatives are successfully delivered and scaled.

• Manage AI initiatives from concept through to implementation and adoption
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, data and external partners
• Support AI governance and compliance requirements, including evolving regulatory frameworks
• Drive AI adoption, training and capability uplift across the organisation
• Help build and maintain a pipeline of high-value AI opportunities
• Work closely with Australian and European leadership teams to centralise and mature AI capability

• Experience delivering AI, ML and automation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Technically savvy with a good understanding of AI, GenAI, automation and modern technology platforms
• Consulting, transformation or technology delivery background highly regarded
• Comfortable working across business and technology teams
• Passionate about AI and excited by the opportunity to drive enterprise-wide adoption
• Financial services experience is beneficial, but we are particularly interested in candidates who can bring fresh thinking from other industries
