Talenza has partnered with a values-led healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead a major ICT rollout program across a new site. This is a hands-on role for a delivery-focused PM who can confidently navigate complex stakeholder groups, vendors, and health-sector governance.
With a go-live planned in ~24 months, you'll play a key role in shaping the delivery approach, driving outcomes, and ensuring the rollout lands smoothly and compliantly.
As the ICT Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end delivery across planning, vendor engagement, governance, and execution-ensuring the technology environment is successfully transitioned and rolled out within an operational healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead delivery of an ICT relocation and facility rollout program from planning through to implementation
- Build and manage an integrated delivery plan aligned to a 24-month go-live
- Drive governance, reporting, risk/issue management, RAID logs and delivery cadence
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to deliver to timeline and quality expectations
- Manage stakeholder engagement across business, ICT, facilities, and operational teams
- Support documentation, change impacts, cutover planning and readiness activities
- Ensure program alignment with health authority / regulatory requirements and standards
You're an experienced ICT Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, is comfortable getting into the detail, and is known for strong delivery discipline.
You will bring:
- Healthcare industry experience (hospital/health service/NFP health environment ideal)
- Demonstrable knowledge of ICT environments within the health sector
- Proven experience delivering ICT relocation and rollout programs in a physical location/facility
- Experience engaging with health authorities and/or regulators
- Strong stakeholder management capability, especially across vendors and third parties
- A hands-on, passionate approach to delivery - you're proactive and outcomes-focused
- Confidence working in a hybrid model with strong on-site presence
- 12-month fixed term contract
