Are you a senior change leader who enjoys influencing at the executive level, driving transformation outcomes and building organisational capability?
We're partnering with a highly regarded organisation undergoing the next phase of its enterprise transformation journey. Having successfully established a mature change function, the business is now investing further in its organisational change capability and looking to appoint a Change Capability Manager to report into a Head of Change Management.
This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional project delivery and take a broader enterprise view of change, partnering with senior leaders to drive adoption, capability uplift and sustainable business outcomes.
The Opportunity
As a Capability Manager, you will act as the trusted change partner for a key portfolio, working closely with Executives, General Managers and senior stakeholders to lead strategic change initiatives and strengthen organisational change maturity.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring people impacts are understood, managed and embedded while supporting leaders to build capability and ownership of change across the business.
Initially, the role will focus on a People & Culture portfolio, supporting strategic initiatives relating to organisational effectiveness, ways of working, workforce capability and transformation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading organisational change across strategic programs and business initiatives
- Partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute change strategies
- Assessing people impacts, change readiness and organisational risk
- Supporting adoption and embedment of both business and technology change
- Driving change capability uplift across leaders and teams
- Coaching stakeholders on their role in successful change outcomes
- Using data, insights and reporting to inform change decisions
- Contributing to enterprise-wide change planning and governance
- Leading, mentoring and developing change resources where required
- Building strong partnerships across the broader transformation community
About You
We're looking for an experienced and credible change professional who can confidently operate at both a strategic and hands-on level.
You will bring:
- Extensive experience delivering complex organisational and transformational change
- Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working across multiple programs, portfolios or enterprise initiatives
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive adoption and behavioural change
- Experience using data and insights to support change decision-making
- Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership capability
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments and evolving operating models
- People & Culture / HR transformation experience
- Organisational design or workforce transformation exposure
- Ways of working transformation experience
- Financial services, superannuation or other regulated industry experience
