Description

Talenza have been engaged by an ASX listed financial services organisation to find a Solution Architect for a high profile contact centre uplift project. The successful candidate will have had exposure to contact centre architecture and integrating AI agents into enterprise workflows.

This role is on the Brisbane Southside and requires 4 days per week in office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane full working rights.

Key Requirements

  • Design end-to-end solution architecture for a Microsoft-based contact centre environment, integrating Microsoft Unified Service Desk (USD) with Azure-hosted applications and enterprise systems.

  • Define and deliver AI-powered agent workflows using Azure AI services and Microsoft Copilot technologies to automate customer interactions, improve agent productivity, and streamline contact centre processes.

  • Architect integrations between contact centre platforms, CRM, core financial services applications, APIs, and Azure services to enable a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, contact centre operations, and technical teams to translate customer service requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solution designs for a large financial services environment.

  • Produce architecture artefacts including solution designs, integration patterns, data flows, security models, and implementation roadmaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Azure best practices.

  • Provide technical leadership throughout delivery, supporting implementation teams with architecture governance, design assurance, and the successful deployment of AI-enabled contact centre capabilities into production.
