Description
Talenza have been engaged by a global construction organisation to find an COINS ERP programmer on a permanent basis to join their ERP team. The successful candidate will be an experienced, hands-on experience with COINS development with Progress.
This role requires 2 days per week in the Brisbane office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements
Design, develop, maintain, and optimise applications using Progress OpenEdge/ABL, with a focus on COINS ERP customisations, enhancements, integrations, reports, and interfaces.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Deliver solutions across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and secure-by-design development practices.
Provide Level 2/3 support for Progress-based applications and COINS ERP, including troubleshooting defects, performance issues, integration failures, system rollouts, data migration, and proactive system monitoring.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing development practices, automation, code quality, technical documentation, coding standards, and implementing updates, patches, and upgrades.
Bring 5+ years' experience with Progress OpenEdge/ABL, strong database design and optimisation, enterprise application enhancements, API and integration development, secure development practices, and source control/CI/CD tools.
