Location: Sydney CBD / Remote

• Strong experience supporting and administering Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise IAM platforms.
• Proven knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access, and Conditional Access policies.
• Experience integrating identity solutions across cloud, on-premises, and third-party platforms such as CyberArk and ServiceNow.
• Skilled in automating provisioning, role management, and service account administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on security, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Manage and support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and performance of the Identity Platform.
• Deliver IAM solutions including CyberArk integration, custom role development, and external/B2B user governance.
• Improve security and compliance through access reviews, orphan account remediation, reporting, and Conditional Access uplift activities.
• Automate and optimise identity processes, including user provisioning, service account management, and certificate lifecycle integration.
• Support audit readiness, risk management, and IAM project delivery across the organisation.
