Description

Role:
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions aligned with platform best practices.
  • Build and maintain customer journeys, email campaigns, automations, and dynamic content using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and AMPscript.
  • Develop and customise CloudPages, landing pages, and marketing assets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect, and other integration tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate campaign and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous delivery, optimisation, and support of enterprise marketing automation initiatives.

You will have:

  • 4-6+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development experience in enterprise environments.
    Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience developing CloudPages, dynamic email content, triggered sends, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Knowledge of data management, segmentation, Data Extensions, and customer journey optimisation.
  • Experience with version control (Git), deployment processes, and Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimisation skills for SFMC solutions.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) are highly regarded.
