About the role

An opportunity has become available for an experienced SAP Test Analyst to join a major SAP RISE transformation program on an initial 6-month contract. Working as part of a collaborative project team, you will play a key role in supporting the migration from the 2022 SAP environment to the 2025 Private Cloud Edition, ensuring the successful delivery of testing activities across multiple SAP modules.

This is a predominantly manual testing role where you will take ownership of test planning, execution, defect management and reporting. You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Managers, business SMEs and external vendors to coordinate testing activities and support successful project delivery. With most test scripts already developed, the focus will be on executing end-to-end testing, managing defects through Azure DevOps and supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within a structured waterfall delivery environment.

Key skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst working on SAP transformation or upgrade projects.
• Strong experience executing manual end-to-end, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
• Experience developing testing documentation including test plans, test cases and test summary reports.
• Experience managing defects through Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
• Previous experience testing SAP modules such as Finance, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Payroll, PPNS or Contractor Management.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience working within a traditional waterfall project delivery environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
