Our client is a rapidly growing technology-enabled accommodation provider operating across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Through a combination of proprietary technology and operational expertise, they are transforming the way flexible accommodation is delivered to both corporate and leisure travellers.
As the business continues to invest in its technology platform, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the team and take ownership of the product function.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap across a portfolio of customer-facing platforms, internal systems and business-critical integrations.
This is a hands-on product management role suited to someone who enjoys working across both strategy and execution. You'll partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders, establish scalable product practices, and drive initiatives from discovery through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap across multiple platforms and internal systems
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, commercial outcomes and technical feasibility
- Lead product discovery, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and support delivery through testing and release
- Establish and refine product management processes, including intake, prioritisation and governance
- Work closely with engineering, UX and business teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve product workflows and business processes
- Drive continuous improvement across the product function
About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management with end-to-end ownership of a product roadmap
- Experience working within a scale-up, SaaS or technology-enabled business (enterprise experience will also be considered)
- Strong understanding of product delivery, agile methodologies and stakeholder management
- Sound technical knowledge, including APIs, integrations and data-driven platforms
- Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive and pragmatic approach with the confidence to work autonomously
Exposure to Salesforce, AWS or hospitality technology is advantageous but not essential.
