We are seeking a Consultant - Business Analyst to join a fast-paced enterprise client, with an immediate start preferred.
By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with leading Australian organisations on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This role offers the opportunity to support project delivery across business analysis, scheduling, high-level data analysis and project documentation while working alongside experienced consultants in a collaborative environment.
Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
Support project scheduling, planning and coordination activities.
Perform high-level data analysis to identify trends, insights and project impacts.
Develop business requirements, process documentation and handover artefacts.
Work closely with business and project stakeholders to support successful delivery.
Support project governance, reporting and action tracking.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops where required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and delivery outcomes.
Experience working as a Business Analyst within project, transformation or consulting environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience documenting business requirements, processes and project artefacts.
Ability to interpret and analyse data to support business decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments is desirable.
Strong consulting mindset with a proactive approach.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Quality-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Immediate availability preferred.
