This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of learning systems and wants to take ownership of an enterprise LMS supporting both internal employees and external partner networks. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and ongoing optimisation of the organisation's enterprise Learning Management System. Working across a complex environment with multiple user groups and integrated systems, you'll ensure the platform operates efficiently while supporting mandatory training, reporting, user access, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll also work closely with Learning & Development, People & Culture, Compliance, IT, and external vendors to deliver a seamless learning experience across the business.
Administer and maintain the LMS, including audiences, learning plans, assignments, notifications, exemptions, and user permissions.
Manage mandatory and compliance training, ensuring accurate completion records and audit-ready reporting.
Investigate system, data, and access issues across the LMS and integrated systems, identifying and resolving root causes.
Build and maintain compliance, completion, and ad hoc reports to support business and regulatory requirements.
Manage user provisioning and role-based access for both internal and external users.
Coordinate testing and controlled release of new content and system changes.
Provide first-line support for learners, managers, and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
Partner with external LMS vendors and content providers to resolve issues and support platform enhancements.
Assist with future HRIS and LMS integration initiatives.
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience administering an enterprise Learning Management System (Percipio experience will be highly regarded).
Strong knowledge of compliance and mandatory learning administration.
Experience building reports and analysing LMS data.
Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and eLearning content management.
Experience troubleshooting integrated systems and managing user access.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer support skills.
High attention to detail with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Experience within financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
Exposure to HRIS implementations or LMS migrations.
Knowledge of Articulate Rise 360 or other authoring tools.
Experience supporting both internal employees and external partner or customer audiences.
Permanent opportunity with a leading Australian organisation.
Hybrid working environment.
Collaborative People & Culture team.
Opportunity to own and continuously improve a critical enterprise learning platform.
