Join a multi award winning IT professional services organization. We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Workforce Solutions Practice Lead to establish, lead, and scale thier contractor and workforce solutions capability. This is a rare opportunity to build a function from ground zero, creating the frameworks, governance, and contractor experience that will underpin a growing staff augmentation business. Working across Talent Acquisition, HR, Sales, and Delivery teams, you will drive contractor engagement, retention, redeployment, utilisation, and commercial performance while ensuring a best-in-class experience for both contractors and clients.
The Opportunity
As the Workforce Solutions Practice Lead, you will take ownership of establishing and scaling a contractor care and workforce management practice. You will play a pivotal role in creating alignment across business functions, improving workforce processes, and developing a capability that delivers both exceptional people outcomes and commercial value.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice Leadership: Define strategy, governance, engagement standards and scalable workforce solutions.
- Contractor Engagement & Experience: Design onboarding, engagement, retention, redeployment and offboarding programs.
- Workforce Operations: Monitor utilisation, tenure, engagement risks and workforce performance.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Sales and Delivery teams.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Establish metrics, dashboards and improvement initiatives.
You will have:
- 4+ years contractor management, staff augmentation, workforce solutions, professional services, consulting, or managed services.
* Experience building new functions or capabilities from the ground up.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience managing the end-to-end contractor lifecycle- onboarding, engagement, retention, redeployment and offboarding
* Commercial acumen and understanding of workforce utilisation and redeployment.
* Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
