Role:
As an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, you will:
- Act as the functional expert across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, FDI, and Procurement platforms.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
- Gather requirements, perform business analysis, and deliver functional enhancements across Oracle Fusion.
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Procurement.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Oracle AI, intelligent agents, automation, and analytics to improve Finance operations.
- Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases and recommend new capabilities that add business value.
- Drive continuous improvement across Finance processes, reporting, approvals, workflows, and system functionality.
- Coordinate BAU support, vendor engagement, release management, and service governance activities.
- Support testing, change management, and successful implementation of system enhancements.
- Build trusted relationships across Finance, Technology, and delivery partners to ensure successful outcomes.
You will have:
- 8+ years' experience supporting enterprise Finance systems, including 3+ years as a Senior Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience across Finance modules.
- Experience delivering the full solution lifecycle including BAU support, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and enhancement delivery.
- Strong understanding of Finance business processes and Oracle Fusion best practices.
- Experience with reporting solutions such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, or FDI.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and business partnering skills.
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams, vendors, and managed service providers.
- A passion for innovation, AI, automation, and emerging Oracle technologies.
