Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients within the Technology & Transformation sectors.
• Managing high-volume, fast-paced candidate sourcing to ensure quick turnaround times and meet urgent client needs.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and niche roles, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Supporting major client hiring initiatives by coordinating interviews, providing market insights, and offering tailored recruitment advice.
• Engaging with candidates to understand their career goals, providing career guidance, and maintaining ongoing communication.
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment campaigns and successful placement completions.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies relevant to tech and transformation roles.
• Contributing to the development of the candidate pipeline through proactive networking and sourcing strategies.
• Participating in business development activities to identify new client opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system to ensure transparency and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
