Organisational Change Analyst

About the role:

Talenza has partnered with a great Government Department to support them in their search for a Organisational Change Analyst, to work in a multi-phased business transformation initiative focused on modernising legacy systems.

This is an excited opportunity if you love training, inspiring and applying analytical skills in a government environment.

Reporting to the Change Lead, you'll play a key role in helping business areas successfully adopt project outcomes - assessing business impacts, driving readiness activities, identifying training needs, and coordinating transition activities.

What we are looking for:

• A background in guiding people through organisational change - ideally with a recognised qualification (Prosci, CMI, or similar)
• Experience running workshops or conversations with all stakeholders
• A track record supporting technology-driven change, training rollouts, and stakeholder relationships
• Training Needs Assessments (TNA) & Training Materials and Job Aids
• Business readiness assessments
• Strong analytical skills
