Role Purpose

The Technical Lead provides strategic and hands-on technical leadership across AI, data, analytics, intelligent automation, and digital platform initiatives. Acting as the bridge between business, architecture, and engineering teams, the role is responsible for shaping solution direction, defining end-state architecture, and ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills, enabling them to influence technology decisions, guide enterprise architecture outcomes, and translate complex business requirements into practical and valuable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise AI, data, and platform solutions, providing architectural guidance across the full solution lifecycle from strategy and design through to deployment and operational support. Drive the development of trusted data foundations through enterprise data architecture, semantic models, canonical data structures, integration patterns, and AI-enabled capabilities. Act as a hands-on technical leader who mentors and develops developers, promotes best practices, and provides oversight to ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, security, maintainability, and operational readiness.

Partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and engineers to define technology roadmaps, solution strategies, and future-state capabilities. Facilitate technical workshops and architectural reviews, align delivery outcomes with business objectives, and identify opportunities to improve processes, user experiences, and overall technology effectiveness. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and Responsible AI standards while fostering innovation and continuous improvement across the technology landscape.

Skills & Experience

Extensive experience leading complex technology, AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives, with strong hands-on software engineering and solution architecture capabilities. Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-based AI and data platforms using technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Cortex AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, conversational AI, and agent-based solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, semantic modelling, canonical data design, API and integration architecture, governance, security, and operational support frameworks.
