Role: Lead Cyber Security Consultant

Duration: 18/12/2026 with potential extension

Location: Sydney / WFH

Daily Rate: $1000 - $1100 + Super

About You:

• Proven experience supporting major or large-scale projects as a Cyber Security Consultant.
• Broad knowledge across multiple cyber security domains, including risk, governance, and security architecture.
• Experience conducting Secure by Design assessments and providing security advisory services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology teams.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and driving remediation of cyber security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Comfortable working across global teams, time zones, and multicultural environments.

About the Role:

• Partner with project teams to embed cyber security controls and support secure project delivery.
• Conduct security assessments and provide risk-based advice aligned to business objectives and risk appetite.
• Identify security weaknesses and drive mitigation activities through to resolution.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to proactively manage cyber risks and improve security outcomes.
• Support the development, adoption, and assurance of cyber security policies, standards, and practices.
