Senior Full Stack Developer | React, TypeScript & Python |6 Month Contract with extensions | $900-$1000 Per Day | Brisbane CBD | Hybrid (2-3 Days In Office)

I'm partnering with a leading professional services organisation that is undertaking a significant digital transformation and expanding its Applications & Data Integration team. They're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help deliver a new modular portal and modern internal applications that will improve the way the business operates.

This is a front-end-led role within an established Agile team, where you'll work closely with Product Owners, Transformation Leads and developers to deliver new functionality through fortnightly sprint cycles.

About the role

You'll take ownership of building modern, intuitive web applications using React and TypeScript, creating portals, workflow screens and business applications that provide an excellent user experience. While the primary focus is front-end development, you'll also contribute to Python APIs and Azure Functions to support application functionality and integrations. Working closely with backend, data and infrastructure engineers, you'll help integrate applications with Databricks-backed services and enterprise systems while contributing to AI and automation initiatives that are shaping the organisation's future technology landscape.

What you'll bring

• Strong commercial experience with React and modern TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience building business applications, portals or internal web platforms.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-focused design.
• Commercial Python experience using FastAPI and/or Azure Functions.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID and MSAL authentication.
• Comfortable working across the full application stack and collaborating with specialist engineers.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
