Risk, Compliance and Obligations Lead
$1000 to $1300 per day

A leading enterprise organisation is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Lead to ensure they meet their regulatory obligations.

Long term contract - Hybrid in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the obligations register
• Stay abreast of regulatory change and ensure the organisations meets the new obligations
• Produce governance documentation, obligation frameworks, policies and standards and testing frameworks.
• Engage with the regulatory bodies
• Define the regulatory reporting requirements
• Review existing controls, checks and balances and ensure they are fit for purpose

Desired experience:

• Experience working a leading risk and regulation role within a highly regulated industry
• Experience working with regulators
• Experience defining new risk and compliance obligations and ensuring they are met
• Experience creating new frameworks and processes to meet risk and compliance obligations
