We're looking for a functional Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering change across an energy/consumer environment. This role suits a BA who's strong on BA fundamentals ("BA 101"), can confidently translate business needs into clear functional outcomes, and understands compliance and regulatory considerations within the energy industry.

• Partnering with business and delivery stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements
• Producing high-quality BA artefacts (as appropriate): user stories, functional specs, process maps, business rules, acceptance criteria
• Supporting end-to-end delivery, including backlog refinement, workshops, UAT support and stakeholder comms
• Applying an understanding of Energy compliance/regulatory obligations to ensure requirements and outcomes align to standards
• Helping drive clarity across scope, priorities, dependencies and risks

• ~5 years' experience as a Business Analyst (functional BA profile)
• Energy sector experience (essential) and awareness of compliance/regulatory frameworks in the industry
• Strong BA fundamentals: structured thinking, requirement decomposition, traceability, workshop facilitation
• Confident communicator who can work across both business and technical audiences
